Why We Only Give On-Site Quotes
French drain pricing depends on factors that can only be assessed in person: soil type confirmation, depth required to reach an effective drainage layer, outlet options and their distances, equipment access, and any landscaping or hardscape that affects excavation. A phone estimate for drainage work is either overpriced to cover unknowns the contractor can't see, or underpriced and likely to change mid-project.
We come out, walk the property, identify what's causing the drainage problem, and give you a written number before any work starts. That number doesn't change unless the project scope changes, and that conversation happens before, not during, the job.
